MMIS Systems Analyst - We are seeking a MMIS Systems Analyst with expertise in COBOL and system modernization to support a proof-of-concept refactoring effort for New York’s Medicaid MMIS system. This role will focus on analyzing, refactoring, and modernizing legacy COBOL code into Java as part of a broader system transformation initiative.

Requirements for the MMIS Systems Analyst:

• 5–10 years of experience with COBOL programming and legacy system support.

• Proven experience with system modernization/refactoring efforts (preferably Medicaid MMIS or state systems).

• Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies for modernization projects.

• Ability to bridge technical and functional requirements as a solutions analyst.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
