AWS Generative AI Expert

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Whippany, NJ
C2C Pay Rate: $55/HR

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with API development using Flask, FastAPI, or AWS API Gateway
Expertise in REST APIs and event-driven architecture
Solid hands-on experience in AWS Cloud (preferred), or Google Cloud / Azure
AWS services such as Step Functions, CloudWatch, Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, S3, RDS, etc.

Familiarity with AWS Bedrock (Claude, Titan, OpenSearch Serverless, Guardrail, etc.)

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts:

Embeddings, Vector Databases, Search Methods

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
