• Manage procurement activities by preparing, reviewing, and placing purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and services, while also resolving invoice and receipt problems through direct supplier interactions.
• Support supply chain operations by handling high volumes of communications (phone, mail, fax) and triaging inquiries from internal and external sources, ensuring accurate logging and tracking in the support center system.Provide assistance in handling additional billing tasks that may have been delayed or fallen behind due to the recent system implementation.
• Research and resolve supply chain discrepancies by investigating issues related to item master data, vendor statements, financial variances, and payment/discount histories to ensure data accuracy and timely problem resolution.
• Facilitate training and continuous improvement by leading new employee onboarding, conducting education seminars, and participating in supply chain management (SCM) projects, while identifying and addressing trends that may cause delays in processing.

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specilaist:

• Bachelors Degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience with invoice processing, including matching invoices to purchase orders (POs) and generating supplier payments.
• 3+ years of experience with resolving invoice issues and reviewing non-PO-based invoices to ensure compliance with company policies.
• 3+ years of experience with processing payment requests and employee expense reports in alignment with established guidelines.

Requirements: • Oversee and support the implementation of the Identity Management solution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. This includes the implementation and configuration of one or more of the following products Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, Gigya, Saviynt EIC, Saviynt CPAM, Cyber Ark, Microsoft Entra ID (B2B and B2C), Cloud Native Solutions e.g. AWS Cognito, Google Cloud Identity and possibly other IAM products and services to improve user experience and reduce risk • Ensure the Identity Management solution provides a unified login experience to critical applications for the OCOG workforce and external stakeholders through Identity Federation and Single Sign-On.
