IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is focused on full-cycle recruiting within a regulated environment, supporting the hiring process for highly technical and scientific roles. The position offers flexibility to work remotely while engaging with a dynamic team involved in innovative projects.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill scientific and technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal profiles.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization in a highly regulated industry.

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience recruiting in a regulated environment (e.g., government, defense, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
• GovCon recruiting exposure (cleared or non-cleared) and comfort navigating structured hiring processes
• Working knowledge of OFCCP / compliance-minded recruiting practices (documentation, dispositioning, audit readiness)
• Comfortable being on camera for screens, hiring manager meetings, and candidate interviews
