IDR is seeking a Product Operations Analyst II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role is vital for supporting product reporting, dashboard maintenance, and operational analytics across healthcare initiatives. The organization specializes in innovative healthcare solutions and data-driven decision-making.
Position Overview for the Product Operations Analyst II:
Focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView.
Partners with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts.
Supports the automation of manual reporting processes, including Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows.
Executes SQL queries, performs data validations, and manages ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.
Contributes to operational efficiencies through data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Requirements for the Product Operations Analyst II:
2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.
Strong SQL querying skills and experience developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.
Ability to execute data validations and support automation of reporting workflows.
