Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Senior BI Analyst:
- Collaborate with business units such as marketing, finance, and operations to define reporting needs and gather requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure the delivery of quality data to the business
- Provide support and guidance to Tableau users, fostering self-sufficiency within the organization
Required Skills for the Senior BI Analyst:
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and experience in developing advanced dashboards and visualizations
- Solid understanding of data preparation for Tableau
- Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with data engineering teams to validate data
- Confidence in teaching and guiding others in the use of Tableau
