Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Onshore Tech Lead:

• Lead and manage a variety of IT projects with a focus on Data Management

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and phased roadmap for MDM initiatives

• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with business/technical teams to gather and document requirements

• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and data models

• Develop custom data ingestion, cleansing, and synchronization pipelines using ETL tools

Required Skills for Onshore Tech Lead:

• 15+ years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management

• 10+ years of experience in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, etc.

• Proven track record of implementing a minimum of 5 full lifecycle MDM projects

• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and business processes

• Strong proficiency in integration tools (SSIS, Azure ADF, etc.)
