• Review complex outpatient service and specialized procedure orders for accuracy
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Confirm benefits and identify any authorization requirements
• Review medical necessity and generate patient liability estimates
• Calculate patient financial responsibility, including deductibles, co-pays, and coverage amounts
• Ensure all required data is collected and accurate

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or related clerical accounting/finance roles
• At least 1 year of direct experience within Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using Epic
• Familiar with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes
• Strong math skills and payer benefit knowledge; able to calculate patient financial responsibility
