IDR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in JavaScript and ServiceNow development to work within a supportive, team-oriented environment. • Remediate customized ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other artifacts identified in Health Assessments

• Address and correct common issues in existing scripts, including:

  • Ensuring Client Scripts check for

    isLoading and return as needed

  • Avoiding use of

    GlideRecord in client-side code

  • Removing hard-coded IDs from scripts

  • Eliminating use of the

    eval() method

  • Stripping out

    console.log() from client-side debugging

  • Avoiding use of the variable name

    gr in scripts

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Strong JavaScript development skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)

• Note: Mayo will NOT be providing equipment
