Senior Application Architect
Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Alpharetta, GA
C2C Pay Rate: $82.00
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, system designs, and technical standards.
Translate business needs and compliance requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures.
Design microservices-based architectures and evaluate event-driven and serverless design patterns.
Select and advocate for appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for development.
Lead and guide development teams in implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
???????Collaborate with product teams and business leaders to communicate architectural decisions and their impact.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in application architecture, with a focus on product design and modernization.
Proven experience in developing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and leading cloud-native transformations.
Deep knowledge of SaaS development patterns and business models.
Strong experience with microservices, serverless, and event-driven architecture.
Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation for both high-throughput and low-latency applications.
Familiarity with AML systems, financial crime risk management, regulatory compliance, and transaction monitoring.
