• Oversee facilities maintenance and building operations, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring quality work and task completion
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with building systems, coordinating with external contractors when necessary
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and inspections
• Ensure all sites adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including fire safety, OSHA standards, and environmental guidelines

• 5+ years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), blueprints, and control systems (e.g., building automation systems)
• Proficiency in CMMS system i.e. Corrigo and MS Office suite
