Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:

• Full project life cycle ownership for complex technical projects and programs

• Establish and manage project expectations, deliverables, and resources

• Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues

• Provide superior project documentation and status reporting

• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies

• Mentor project team members on best practices, process improvement, and project management skills

Required Skills for IT Project Manager:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an enterprise project and/or program management role implementing and supporting complex business and systems environments

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within defined time frames

• Experience with project management applications such as MS Project and/or Smartsheet

• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is a plus
