IDR is seeking a Senior .NET Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Arlington, TX. This role involves leading the modernization of legacy platforms using Microsoft Azure and supporting vital API integrations. The position offers a chance to work on innovative solutions within a dynamic enterprise environment, focusing on scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Position Overview for the Senior .NET Architect:
- Lead the architectural design and modernization of legacy systems to Microsoft Azure.
- Define API standards, integration patterns, and oversee development of REST APIs and services.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout solution design and implementation.
- Ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and performance metrics are achieved.
- Conduct design reviews, enforce technical governance, and support CI/CD best practices.
Requirements for the Senior .NET Architect:
- 8–10+ years of .NET development and architecture experience.
- Solution Architecture expertise with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with C# / .NET, REST API design, and API integration architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and secure application design.
- Hands-on coding ability with experience working onsite in Arlington, TX five days per week.
