IDR is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This role supports construction logistics, cost estimates, and supply chain operations within a dynamic industry. The position offers a chance to work with a dedicated team focusing on construction accounting practices and financial management.

Position Overview for the Accounting Specialist:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes in a construction-related environment
• Support job costing and construction accounting functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Manage and reconcile financial transactions using various accounting software
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements for the Accounting Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable practices
• 3+ years in construction logistics, cost estimates, or supply chain operations
• Basic understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Solomon software experience and QuickBase Applications a plus
