IDR is seeking a Data QA Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. Write a Data QA Lead role focused on ensuring high-quality data pipelines, distributed systems, and big data workflows across Databricks, PySpark, and AWS-based platforms. You’ll partner closely with Product, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and engineering teams while leading end-to-end QA activities for data integrity and transformation validation.

Position Overview for the Data QA Lead:

• Lead QA efforts for Databricks and cloud-based data platform initiatives across data pipelines and big data workflows.
• Develop and execute test strategies to validate data integrity, transformations, and end-to-end processing.
• Manage test cases, defects, and reporting through QMetry while supporting timely defect resolution.
• Help integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and Databricks environments, and provide QA mentorship and leadership.

Requirements for the Data QA Lead:

• Advanced experience with Databricks
• Advanced experience with PySpark
• Advanced experience with AWS Cloud Testing
• Advanced experience with Data Integration Testing
• Advanced experience with DevOps and CI/CD Testing
