IDR is seeking an IT Infrastructure Program Manager to join one of our top clients. This is a remote role requiring 85%+ travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure, networking, and datacenter programs within a large professional services organization.

Position Overview for the IT Infrastructure Program Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers and key stakeholders
• Lead the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure, networking, and datacenter programs
• Manage cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators
• Drive project execution, resource coordination, and issue resolution
• Provide program updates, reporting, and executive-level communication

Requirements for the IT Infrastructure Program Manager:

• Experience working for a large Professional Services organization
• 5–10 years of experience managing teams delivering IT infrastructure, networking, or datacenter projects
• Proven customer-facing program management experience
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation resolution skills
• Ability to travel 85%+ as required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
