IDR is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems within a fast-paced environment, supporting critical upgrades and testing initiatives for data centers and telecommunications products.

Position Overview for the Quality Assurance Engineer:

• Responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing test cases for APIs, system, and functional testing within Agile development environments.
• Conduct automated and manual testing to validate system performance, reliability, and security.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Selenium, and test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support critical system changes during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, defect reports, and testing results to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Requirements for the Quality Assurance Engineer:

• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in network and API testing.
• Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, and SOATest.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium and programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins and test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies within Agile environments, with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
