This role involves collaborating on strategic projects within the technology sector, focusing on business process improvement and project management. Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Support Agile project management practices and methodologies.
- Develop use cases and process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Assist in facilitating communication between technical teams and business units.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in the field or a related technology field.
- Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
- Experience in understanding, documenting, and analyzing use cases.
- Ability to create detailed process documentation and mapping.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
