IDR is seeking a Azure Cloud Network Engineer to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role supports a leading organization in the technology sector, focusing on cloud infrastructure and network security solutions that enable scalable and secure cloud environments.

Position Overview for the Azure Cloud Network Engineer:

• Responsible for the hands-on deployment, configuration, operation, and support of Azure networking services, including connectivity, routing, and network security
• Design and implement Azure network architectures aligned with the organization’s cloud strategy
• Support hybrid cloud architectures that integrate on-premises data centers with public cloud environments
• Require experience in supporting large-scale enterprise network and cloud infrastructure environments
• Engage in network automation and Infrastructure as Code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent

Requirements for the Azure Cloud Network Engineer:

• 8+ years of enterprise network and cloud infrastructure experience supporting large-scale environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP networking (VNet/VPC, routing, and connectivity services like ExpressRoute and Direct Connect)
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem data centers with public cloud environments
• Experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Strong experience with cloud and network security, including firewalls, IAM concepts, and enterprise security best practices
