IDR is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in New York, NY. This role is within a leading financial services organization, focusing on technology roadmap development and project execution for a major client. The position involves close collaboration with product teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Position Overview for the Sr. Project Manager:

• Partner with the Product Manager to build and maintain the technology roadmap for a $383M project.
• Support workstreams by prioritizing the Backlog of Work (BOW) necessary to deliver the target state.
• Facilitate day-to-day execution meetings and enforce accountability to ensure on-time, risk-controlled project execution.
• Develop and regularly update status reports and governance documents to monitor project health.
• Lead risk management activities including RAID log maintenance, risk reviews, and escalation of blockers.

Requirements for the Sr. Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects and roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading standups, reviews, and steering forums.
• Proficiency in using collaboration, project management, and analytics tools, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive audiences.
• Ability to go onsite to NYC office.
