IDR is seeking a Network Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Longmont, Colorado. This role involves supporting and implementing complex network solutions within a dynamic environment, focusing on IP networking and connectivity services. The company operates within the telecommunications and IT industry, providing innovative network solutions to a broad client base.

Position Overview for the Network Engineer:

• Establishing connectivity between systems and networks
• Migrating services to an updated network environment
• Performing full implementation tasks related to routing, switching, IP connectivity, and integration with new platforms
• Installing new network-related equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
• Supporting service migrations to updated or third-party platforms

Requirements for the Network Engineer:

• Strong background in IP networking, routing, switching, and connectivity
• Experience with network implementation, configuration, and migration activities
• Ability to install and integrate new network hardware in production environments
• Understanding of network protocols and transport technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, etc.)
• Experience supporting service migrations to updated or third-party platforms
