IDR is seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sacramento, California. This role supports large-scale Workday implementations with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain in a complex healthcare environment. The position offers a chance to lead the people side of change, working closely with executive stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Position Overview for the Workday Change Management Consultant:

• Provide end-to-end change management support for large-scale Workday implementations, focusing on Supply Chain Management and Finance domains
• Partner with project leadership, functional SMEs, and stakeholders to promote successful adoption of new processes and systems
• Lead change management strategy, stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses across finance and supply chain organizations
• Design and deliver integrated change plans, including communication, training, engagement, and adoption strategies aligned with project milestones
• Coach senior leaders and frontline managers to reinforce change adoption and measure effectiveness post-implementation

Requirements for the Workday Change Management Consultant:

• Proven experience leading change management for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes in complex, matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience applying structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
