Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Functional Test Analyst:
- Provide support for the utility billing system implementation, including end-user and integration testing.
- Conduct application testing and validate customer bills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Execute data migration testing to ensure seamless transitions. Collaborate with team members to interpret technical requirements and develop testable scenarios.
Required Skills for the Functional Test Analyst:
- 5-7 years of experience in a functional application role, with a focus on creating and executing test cases.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Experience with utility billing or ERP system implementations is a plus.
