Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Activiti BPM Developer:- Design and develop BPM solutions using Activiti BPM framework, including custom workflows and automation- Utilize Activiti Modeler and Activiti Explorer for modeling and monitoring- Integrate Activiti workflows with internal and external applications- Develop, customize, deploy, and maintain scalable BPM processes- Implement best practices using BPMN 2.0 standards- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions- Utilize DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker for CI/CD and deployment automation- Work with relational databases and SQL to manage data integrations within workflowsRequired Skills for Activiti BPM Developer:- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM application development and architecture- Deep hands-on expertise with the Activiti BPM framework- Strong proficiency in Java, essential for custom BPM development- Solid experience with Activiti Modeler, Activiti Explorer, and related tools- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and design practices- Familiarity with DevOps tools for automated builds, testing, and deployments- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases- Experience working with payments and/or cards domain preferred- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with remote and cross-functional teamsWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
