Details: Overview: Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the migration of ITSM services from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, Release and Change Management, and some experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools. Responsibilities: Coordinate the migration of ITSM services (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB) from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client base (development teams). Provide training sessions and handholding support to teams to prepare them for the shift to the new ServiceNow instance. Assist in testing the new ServiceNow tool to ensure processes are correctly implemented. Work closely with the Organization Central Management (OCM) stream to align migration activities with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes. Required Qualifications: Strong Project Management experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on Release and Change Management. Some Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools. Proven ability to manage ITSM migrations and tool implementations. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support teams during the transition.
