IDR is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join one of our top clients in Richardson, TX. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Specialist: In this role you will be making outbound calls to dealers to promote training classes, assist with registration, and troubleshoot issues. Candidates should have call center or customer service experience, be comfortable with cold calling, and meet daily call metrics. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook are required, with training and growth opportunities provided. Required Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:
  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling, call center, or a related field
  • Strong background in customer service and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and troubleshooting systems
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments
