Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Analyst:

• Lead general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.

• Conduct monthly accounting close processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

• Provide financial support by analyzing budget variations and preparing internal and external accounting reports.

• Engage in process improvement projects, including the transition from Prelude to Oracle systems.

• Offer training and support to other analysts, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

Required Skills for Senior Accounting Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong focus on month-end close processes.

• Proficiency in accounting systems and the ability to transition between platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

• Experience in a corporate accounting environment is preferred, with CPA certification being a plus.
