Position Overview / Responsibilities:As a Telecom/Network Engineer, you will:
Design, operate, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, and wireless disciplines
Support and manage network security tools including NAC, TrustSec, ISE, VPNs, DNS security, and secure web services
Provide advanced troubleshooting and assist with security incident response in collaboration with the Help Desk, ITOC, and SOC
Utilize and maintain software-defined networking (SDN) technologies such as SASE, firewalls, WAN/LAN, and cloud networking tools
Leverage automation and scripting tools like Splunk, Ansible, Python, and .Net
Participate in or lead Agile or Waterfall project-based implementations and upgrades
Proficiency in routing, switching, wireless, and network security
Hands-on experience with tools such as Cisco TrustSec, ISE, VPN solutions, and secure DNS/web services
Familiarity with SDN solutions, cloud networking, and hybrid network environments
Scripting experience with Python, Ansible, .Net, and logging/monitoring via Splunk
Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Cisco certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA)
Experience in large-scale healthcare or enterprise IT environments
