• Oversee the preparation of consolidated global interim and annual ASC 740 income tax provision calculations and related disclosures for SEC reporting.

• Manage domestic and international post-acquisition tax integration and determine tax entries for US GAAP purchase accounting.

Required Skills for Senior Manager of Income Tax:

• Bachelor's Degree and CPA Certification.

• Over 10 years of related income tax experience in public accounting or a large multinational public company tax department.

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing a team and multiple projects.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, including ASC 740 and ASC 805, and tax statutes for domestic and international jurisdictions.

• Proficiency with tax software such as OneSource, and experience with Oracle ERP.
