Tyler recruited me, and ended up getting me a contract position and then full time position that I LOVE! He was always easy to get in touch with and always upfront with everything. I sent a coworker his way also, she got a contract position and then full time at the same company. I had never worked with a recruiter before so I was worried something might be hidden or things wouldn't work out. But everything was awesome. I will send others to him in the future.
