Tyler reached out very quickly after I responded to the screening chat questions online through the IDR site. He was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule for a follow-up call. When we spoke, he was extremely helpful and explained clearly what to expect from the process going forward and possible timelines. I received the emails he told me to anticipate immediately after our phone call.
