Blake was thorough with his questions to make sure I was a fit for the role and it a fit for me. When going through the client's specific questions, he acknowledged those we had already discussed, summarized the discussion and asked for my confirmation rather than just blindly asking them again. I really appreciated that. It let me know he was really listening and understood the role and what the client was looking to achieve. There was one question that required follow-up and Blake was quick to get me the formal request and acknowledged receipt of my reply. He then provided updates on next steps. I am now anxiously waiting for the next step post submission to the client.
