Shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am CT Responsibilities of the Workstation Technician: Facilitate hardware and software orders, from receipt to installation, in collaboration with the Workstation Support Team. Ensure proper equipment labeling and document device specifications. Perform on-site installations, provide customer service, and offer technical support for repairs. Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating with various support services, and assisting with end-user training when needed.
