I actually worked as an employee of I.K. Hofmann and all of the managers overseeing employees have had a great deal of knowledge working with all staff. I've never had an experience of managers not getting back with me in a timely manner.

I have to say Nadine has been wonderful. She is very prompt when it comes to getting things done. She gets it done right away. If there is a delay, she notifies me right away. She communicates very well, very informative. Just overall humble and hospitable. You can tell she knows her job well, has experience. Most importantly she enjoys what she does. Always smiling, and friendly. As a team we are happy to have Hofmann back, and having Nadine as a contact person is a plus! 😊
