Molly is quick to answer any questions and makes sure she is available at all times to help with any issues. For example, my badge number needed to be changed through bmw and Molly made herself available to meet me at security at BMW at 6:15am to ensure I had time to do what needed to be done and still make the drive to the correct parking lot and get clocked in on time for my work day :)
