About BMW Recruiting Team Greer:

My recruiter Kevin Alexander called me as soon as I applied. I had a lot of issues trying to get me resume to upload. We were back in fourth until the very last minute of closing. He made it happen. He literally set up an orientation for the text week. The same week I did my physical, EMT test etc. So from June 12 up until June 23 I was done with everything. Very smooth. There was some miscommunication on my start date, and it did take over 2 months for me to start. Overall my experience has honestly been great!

About Rolyn Lister:

I can’t recommend her enough! She reached out to me after seeing my experience and immediately recognized a role that was a perfect fit. From the very beginning, she was communicative, supportive, and genuinely invested in finding the right match, not just filling a position. Her eye for talent and understanding of both the company and the candidate made all the difference. Thanks to her, I landed a role that fits my skills and personality perfectly. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you’re in great hands!
