I came from Helpmates as a temp 20 years ago. Working with Helpmates is enjoyable because our contact, Candice Gamboa, effortlessly handles all requests. She is the glue for Helpmates and helps everything run smoothly. I appreciate all her efforts to accommodate us. Most of our temps come from Helpmates, and for good reason. The customer service from Helpmates is excellent! However, at times, the quality of the candidates submitted can be rough. We've had a few gold star people come from Helpmates, but more often we get a lot of people with time & attendance issues and even some candidates who don't respond well to feedback or even social interaction. Those are just my thoughts and something to potentially look out for as your recruiting team screens candidates.
