Joel went above and beyond to help me secure the position with the company I work for I could not have asked for a better recruiter I was even going to through a personal matter at the time and Joel demonstrated the best qualities in a recruiter by talking me through how I should handle things, while not getting personal he maintained professionalism and helped me and followed up with me, give this man a raise or promotion or both

It was a pleasure meeting with Xochitl at an onsite tour. Although I applied for a 2nd shift position, she offered me a day shift position that she felt was a better fit for me and I happily agreed and accepted.
