Job Title: Client Services Account Administrator

Pay: $31.50 per hour Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP

As a Client Services Account Administrator, you'll be central to managing trust accounts, handling client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You’ll work closely with the finance and client service teams to deliver top-notch service and support.

What You'll Do

As a Client Services Account Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily administration of over 100 MBS trusts, including RMBS, CMBS, and ABS
• Managing cash accounts for domestic and international clients—handling investments, liquidations, and fund distributions
• Responding promptly to inquiries from clients, investors, and other deal parties
• Reviewing and approving monthly distribution payments and statements
• Ensuring transaction documents comply with standards and performing ongoing maintenance in bank applications
• Preparing documents requested by deal parties, such as mortgage loan servicers
• Collaborating with team members on departmental projects
• Maintaining compliance with KYC and new account opening procedures
