Pay: $18.50 hourly Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Friday Start Date: ASAP

As an Imaging File Clerk Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our document management operations. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure that client projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

As an Imaging File Clerk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high-volume document preparation and scanning of mortgage documents.
• Classifying documents according to their type and identifying wet/dry signatures.
• Unboxing, sorting, and feeding documents into high-speed scanners while conducting quality assurance checks.
• Re-boxing and filing documents after the scanning process is complete.
• Regularly lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 40 lbs and performing data entry tasks.
• Managing multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Accessing elevated areas, including using ladders to file documents in the vault area of the warehouse.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• The ability to lift and carry 40+ pound boxes and manage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• A positive attitude and commitment to meeting production deadlines.
• Completion of a Live Scan Background Screening prior to employment.
