Pay: $16.90 per hour Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10 schedule) Start Date: Immediate

As a Production Associate Level 1, you will support daily manufacturing operations by efficiently packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Safely and accurately packing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Conducting quality inspections of items, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly.
• Properly labeling packages and completing all shipping documentation efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a productive work environment.
• Following safety protocols and adhering to all company policies for a safe workplace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• No prior experience required—training will be provided, but warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Availability to work the full scheduled hours on a 4/10 shift.
