As a Document Processing Assistant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and organization of mortgage loan files. You will work closely with the loan servicing department to deliver accurate, timely results that contribute to the company's success.

What You'll Do

As a Document Processing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing mortgage loan files to verify completion, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Performing high-volume data entry to update and maintain loan information within the system.
  • Conducting meticulous audits of files ensuring precision before shipment to clients or third-party partners.
  • Acting as a professional liaison between clients and internal teams, promptly responding to inquiries and requests.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting data entry and document review tasks.
  • Prior mortgage document review experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review and input, with the ability to pivot and analyze data efficiently.
  • Fast-paced environment adaptability and the ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with good grammar skills, especially when engaging with clients.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, as necessary for handling banker’s boxes.
