As an integral part of our team, you'll set up and operate extrusion machinery, ensure product excellence, and contribute to a safe, efficient workflow. Work closely with supervisors to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Check operating controls and safety of equipment before operation
• Set up machines based on production orders
• Monitor materials and products for quality and adjust equipment as needed
• Collect samples for quality control testing
• Label, pack, and prepare finished products according to work orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company policies
• Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE, including a respirator for machine setup
• Understand and follow routine oral and written instructions
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Minimum 2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and basic power tool skills
• Experience working with large machines and materials
• Proficiency in production tasks such as operating, packaging, and material handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Properly storing materials and finished goods in designated locations to facilitate organization and easy access.
• Preparing and staging materials needed for production processes.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipment schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
• Utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems to accurately track and manage stock levels.

What You’ll Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, stock clerk roles, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in counting and recording inventory data.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including experience with inventory software and RF scanners.
• Familiarity with RF scanners (ID: 115475) or similar technology, ensuring efficient and accurate stock management.
