As a Compound Prep Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and quality teams to uphold safety and quality protocols while gaining valuable industry experience in a sterile environment and adhering to FDA standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sanitize equipment and work surfaces using approved disinfectants and sterilization tools to maintain a germ-free environment throughout the production process.
  • Follow strict gowning procedures, including donning full protective suits, masks, gloves, and headcovers, to safely access sterile production areas.
  • Prepare tools, tubing sets, and components for sterilization processes using autoclaves, and perform safety inspections on filters and other critical materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of batch records and log entries in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to meet FDA and ISO standards.
  • Assemble and build tubing sets and other small components according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures.
  • Support team training initiatives and assist team members in meeting production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to stand for at least 2 hours at a time, comfortably wearing full protective gowning.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small, delicate parts and tubing.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and write clearly in English.
  • A safety-first mindset, committed to following SOPs, GMP, and ISO protocols.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing (cGMP) is a huge plus!

As a Wire Harness Assembly Technician, you'll be instrumental in building high-quality wire harnesses that support cutting-edge projects across aerospace, automotive, and defense sectors. Work closely with engineering and quality teams to deliver precise and reliable assemblies that meet rigorous standards.

What You'll Do

As a Wire Harness Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Building first-piece and prototype cable harnesses and subcomponents based on drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs)

• Performing soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires with precision and efficiency • Assembling components and sub-assemblies for testing and evaluation • Ensuring all work adheres to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for quality and safety • Inspecting and verifying your work using tools, checklists, and visual aids • Helping identify and troubleshoot design or documentation issues • Supporting updates to work instructions and documentation • Setting up workstations and verifying parts and materials for production readiness • Collaborating seamlessly with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams • Mentoring and assisting less experienced team members • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–5 years of recent hands-on experience in wire harness assembly

• Strong knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards • Skilled in soldering, crimping, and wire preparation • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Comfortable using hand tools such as crimpers, wire cutters, and drills • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Team player with solid communication skills • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a hands-on environment
