Family Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Orange Park, Florida. Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Monday to Friday 9AM - 8PM, Saturday 9AM - 2PM, Sunday 9AM - 2PM

Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Clear and active NP license in Florida
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Primary Care

Preferred Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Managed Care experience strongly preferred
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation by the American Academy of Professional Coders
