Director of Trauma Operations 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Trauma Operations to lead a Level II Trauma Program within a well-established acute care hospital. 

This facility offers strong trauma services and a collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to drive performance, quality, and program success. Schedule: Day Shift Compensation Notes:

• Estimated total compensation, including annual incentive bonus, is $155,000–$165,000.
• Relocation assistance available! 

Daily Responsibilities for Director of Trauma Operations:

• This role is more operational than unit-based, focusing on program oversight rather than day-to-day staff management.
• You’ll lead quality and performance improvement initiatives across the trauma program.
• You’ll help monitor outcomes, support verification efforts, and drive strategic initiatives, all while working with a well-established department and a smaller, focused team of direct reports.

  Required Qualifications for Director of Trauma Operations:

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. 
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Clinical or operational leadership experience within a Trauma Program
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple trauma-related departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and inpatient units.
