Remote HEDIS Overreader HealthCare Support is actively seeking multiple Remote HEDIS Overreader to fill a large start class January 11th with our prestigious healthcare client. Daily Responsibilities for Remote HEDIS Overreader

• Performs provider/practitioner medical record reviews to verify clinical data elements for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures abstracted by vendor, while meeting established production goals
• Maintains HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information; reports critical incidents immediately
• Communicates questions and/or concerns to your Pod Manager or assigned Specialist, as appropriate, in a timely manner
• Monday to Friday 8A - 5PM EST / REMOTE

Required Qualifications for Remote HEDIS Overreader

• Minimum 3 years/ seasons working with COA or TRC HEDIS measures, 3 years with WCC, or 3 years with GSD, BPD, CBP, DVSCH 
• The candidate must be technically savvy and must be able to work without distraction. This is a high production environment, and candidates must adhere to measured productivity requirements.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Experience with abstraction (data entry, not record extraction) and overread

Contracting & Procurement Associate Director HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Contracting & Procurement Associate Director to fill an opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Daily Responsibilities for Contracting & Procurement Associate Director

• Lead contract negotiation, procurement strategies, and supplier management activities to support organizational goals and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Oversee the review, execution, and compliance of contracts while managing risk and maintaining adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor performance, and improve procurement processes and efficiencies.
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Contracting & Procurement Associate Director

• 3+ years of progressive experience in developing market-leading category management and sourcing strategies and leading complex strategic sourcing projects in cross-functional team environment.
• 3+ years of experience benchmarking, constructing, and negotiating complex master agreements and statements of work.
• High impact individual with demonstrated ability to succeed in a high demand multi-tasking environment.

Preferred Qualifications for Contracting & Procurement Associate Director

• 6+ years of experience within IT Software or Hardware categorie or clearinghouse services (claims processing, electronic data interchange, and payment solutions)
• 5+ years of experience of negotiating technology complex deals, developing and leading RFx projects, including use of eRFx tools or relevant sell -side negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Software and Hardware required
