HealthCare Support is actively seeking Sterile Processing Technicians (CRCST) to join a thriving company in Chesterfield, MO. 

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff 

• Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage including weekday, weekend, and holiday rotational scheduled and on-call shifts 

   

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED required 

• Must obtain Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) certification within 4 months from hire

• 6+ months of Sterile Processing and/or Endoscopy experience 

Shift: Monday through Friday with one weekend per month required

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Pay Details: 

• $19/hr - $23/hr based on years of experience 
• Shift differential for evenings and weekends
