Shift: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Compensation: $101,000 - $112,0000 annually (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized in-home physical therapy, helping patients regain mobility, strength, balance, and independence while educating families and tracking progress in collaboration with the care team
Required Qualifications:

1 year as a Physical Therapist

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
-
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
-
Licensed Driver with reliable transportation
