Field Pediatric RN Case Manager HealthCare Support
is actively seeking a
Field Pediatric RN Case Manager to fill an opening with a
Fortune 100 company in Austin, Texas.
Daily Responsibilities for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:
The care Manager would complete 6 weekly assessments with our members in their homes. Our position is with the Assessment Team, and we are the ones to complete initial assessments for new members and reassessments for Level 3 members (low acuity). Our team also completes Medically Dependent Children’s Program Interest List assessments
Required Qualifications for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:

Clear and active TX RN license and Clear and active driving record, reliable transportation, and insurance

2 years of Pediatric experience required (pediatric, children, adolescent, adult, population or age range: newborn-geriatric)

Case management, private duty, or home health experience

Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams; and ability to learn new technologies and enter assessments into programs as they’re being conducted

Pay Details: $38.00 - 43.00/ per hour.
